Most organizations do not stall because of weak strategy.
They stall because the path between the plan and the result is unclear. Ownership is diffuse. Decisions are made but do not stick. Teams are working hard — just not in the same direction. Initiatives launch with momentum and lose it. And the founder, who is supposed to be leading the organization forward, finds themselves buried inside it instead.
That gap — between strategy and consistent execution — is where I work.

Founder and Principal
Mayra Mejia
I have spent more than 15 years working inside high-stakes, complex organizations — across private equity-backed carve-outs, health services, insurance, and technology enabled — partnering directly with CEOs, boards, and senior leadership teams to build the operating infrastructure that turns strategy into consistent results.
My work spans CAO and Chief of Staff functions at the executive level. I have led enterprise transformations, managed multi-million-dollar cost reduction initiatives, and built operating cadences for organizations navigating rapid change and high ambiguity. Whether the challenge is stabilization after an acquisition, scaling through a growth inflection, or restoring cross-functional alignment after a leadership transition — I bring structure, clarity, and accountability to environments where those things are in short supply.
▸ CREDENTIALS AND BACKGROUND
What I bring:
Private equity and carve-out experience. Environments where speed, precision, and measurable results are the baseline — not the goal.
Health services, insurance, and technology enabled companies. Deep familiarity with the operating complexity in regulated, patient-facing, and high-growth technology environments.
CAO and Chief of Staff at the executive level. I work directly with the people making decisions, not adjacent to them.
PMP certification and continuous learning. Including AI fluency — my practice stays current with the tools and methods that actually improve how organizations operate.
Bilingual — English and Spanish. I work with Spanish-speaking founders and leadership teams, and bring cultural fluency to bilingual organizations.
Military spouse. I have navigated uncertainty, and change while maintaining forward momentum. That experience makes me both resilient and practical — useful in the environments I serve.
I understand what it means to build something. My entrepreneurial background gives me genuine empathy for founders. I do not arrive with a rigid methodology. I arrive ready to understand what you are building, where the gaps are, and what needs to happen next.
